Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

PRONIN exports to over 240 cities and 150 countries worldwide. We export on average 1000+ cubic meters of ocean cargo and upwards of 200 tonnes of air cargo per year!

Our distribution center is state of the art to ensure a smooth and quick receive and dispatch. Our warehouse team is highly experienced and totally dedicated to export requirements. The team packs the orders to the customers needs and exact requests. Due to the volume of cargo exported globally, we are able to offer you the best possible freight price and solution always.

Average delivery time ranges from 7 to 30 days depending upon the destination country. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us. 

Please note that all sales are on a Firm Sale basis.  As PRONIN is not the manufacturer or publisher, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted stock unless faulty or damaged. 

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will replace, refund or credit any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.  If items are received damaged or incorrectly picked, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  Please include photos of the incorrect or damaged stock and it's packaging to allow us to process your claim.
